At Richmond University Vision Care, our guarantee to you is for you to see your best! If you had purchased contact lenses directly from our clinic, we will exchange any unopened, unexpired boxes of contact lenses free of charge, should our doctors find a change to your prescription. (Shipping and Handling extra)

Returns Policy: 

To return an unopened item, please call our office at (416) 363-1175 within 60 days of receiving shipment. We cannot accept any returns without a valid purchase receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s).
